How do I return my product or request a refund?

Items purchased online through Beyond Beads must be returned within 30 days of purchase for online store credit or replacement. Sale and promotional items (i.e. Just for Fun Grab Bag) may not be refunded.

Please begin by emailing us at: Info@BeyondBeads.org and include the following information in your email:

  • Customer name
  • Product name
  • Order number
  • Reason for requesting the replacement or online store credit.

How will I know when an out of stock product will be restocked?

On each product page, there is an option that says “Email me when available” and we will notify you when the product is back in stock.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We will fulfill your order within 2 business days. We ship USPS First Class Mail which averages about 3-4 business days to ship domestically.

Does Beyond Beads ship internationally?

No. Not at this time.

I am putting in an order as a gift. Do you include prices on your invoices?

No, we never include pricing on your packing slip even if it’s not a gift!  We also include information so all of your recipients can learn more about Beyond Beads and Miracles in Action.
